What´s fundamentally different about the way we work in comparison to the way most companies in our business work, is how we manage your booking once we receive it, our approach offering you 100% financial security regardless of any eventuality.

Typically, Villa Rental companies pay the owner of the villa a fixed annual fee for the use of the property.  They would also pay for and manage services on your holiday, from cleaning to linen & laundry.  Therefore, if the company flounders, your holiday booking and your money disappears.  The owner hasn´t been paid, the cleaners haven´t been paid and there is no one left to manage your reservation.

Whilst we manage and oversee each property and each booking providing a high level of service and degree of protection to our clients, your booking and payment is essentially made to the owner of the property, and all cleaning, services and linen is paid for directly by the owner through the use of an outsourced property management company supervised by ourselves.

Therefore in any eventuality your booking remains 100% safe. 

In turn, should something go wrong regarding the villa you have booked, for example nearby building works, we guarantee to protect your booking, and provide you with another villa of at least an equivalent standard as per our contract with you.

At our offices, based in Moraira, we have a team of dedicated staff, who are on hand 24 hours a day to help you with anything you might need.  All of our staff are permanent, trusted and know all of our villas well. 

We are fully registered and accredited by the Spanish Tourist Board and adhere to UK consumer guidelines in the provision of our holidays.
