Situated at the end of the cul-de-sac, double gates lead into the driveway with car port for two cars to the right and further parking on the driveway when required. 

Entry to the upstairs accommodation is via an external staircase leading into an open plan lounge with kitchen. The lounge has leather/suede sofa, wall mounted flat screen TV with UK satellite channels, DVD/CD player and a wood burner inset in a contemporary fireplace. There are double French doors overlooking the pool and stunning views across the countryside. 

The high quality kitchen has a gas hob, eye level fan assisted electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. There is a breakfast bar with LED mood lighting. A door leads on from the lounge to a covered terrace (naya) with leather sofa, rattan chairs and a dining area overlooking the pool terraces below and countryside. 

Doors from this terrace lead to a spiral staircase providing direct access to the pool and gardens and the pool level accommodation. 

A hallway from the lounge leads to the three upstairs bedrooms, the master suite with super king size bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fan. It also has an en-suite with a steam and massage shower, wash hand basin and W.C. The twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, ceiling fan and double doors leading direct out on to the naya. The third bedroom has bunk beds and an electric fan. There is also a family bathroom which has bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. 

The lower floor accommodation can be accessed by either doors adjacent to the poolside or doors from the driveway, leading into a second lounge with sofa, large flat screen TV with UK satellite channels and a surround sound system with CD & DVD player. 

A door from the lounge leads to a bedroom with super king size bed, free standing wardrobe, sofa, TV with DVD player and ceiling fan. There is also a second bedroom with double bed , fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan and a family bathroom with large walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin. 

Adjacent to the downstairs lounge there is also a games/dining area with banquette seating and chairs and a selection of games for all the family. 

The impressive pool area features a larger than average 10 meter by 5 meter pool with Roman style steps and pool-side shower surrounded by various well furnished sunny and shaded areas for relaxing and dining al-fresco. This includes very comfortable sun beds, a hammock, a shaded sofa area at the corner of the pool, rattan sofas and armchairs and a dining table. 

There is also a covered outdoor “summer” kitchen with breakfast bar featuring a 5 ring hob, fridge, freezer and cupboards.

Much of this area has 100% privacy with no neighbours having line of sight into the garden. The villa also borders some 'green belt' woodland which hosts much flora and fauna to enjoy, even Wild Boar can occasionally be spotted at night from the safety of the terraces. There are high quality sun beds and awnings, pergolas, day beds and sun shades in abundance.

A step from the pool area leads on to a decked area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, table and large parasol, a further couple of steps then lead on to an outdoor living area with two leather sofas, a bar with mood lighting (with disco effects), a brick built barbecue and a separate stand alone gas barbecue.

The rear garden features a children's play area with climbing frame, slide, punch bag, boules court and a badminton net. There is also a screened 'quiet area' with a hammock.

Our folding beds are normally suitable for a child up to 16 years of age.
