Welcome to Jaume Ramona

Jaume Ramona

On entry to Villa Jaume Ramona guests are greeted with an impressive entrance hall that provides access to the living area, which benefits from satellite TV (including BBC 1,2,3 and 4), a DVD player, and feature interior stone walls.

Also on the ground floor, there is a teak-fitted kitchen with a microwave, marble worktop, twin sink unit, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooker/oven and eye-level cupboards. The spacious kitchen also benefits from an eat-in table and chairs, and a separate seating area by the wood burner. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.

An inner archway leads through to the master double bedroom with separate family bathroom (with bath and shower). There is also a separate dining room on the ground floor of the villa, with French doors that open out onto the cobblestone sun terraces, and swimming pool area with shower room.

Stairs lead up from the main hall to the first floor, with two twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom. Also on the first floor, there is an additional twin bedroom and two further double rooms, along with an additional family bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning units.

Outside there is an adjoining casita featuring the original bread oven and covered patio barbeque area, adjacent to the poolside and dining terrace. The floodlit 4m x 9m swimming pool, with Roman steps, has furnished sun terraces with nice views across the valley to the mountains.

This six-bedroom farmhouse (three doubles and three twins) offers guests three family bathrooms, satellite TV, a dishwasher, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi Internet connection.

The villa is well located, approximately just 2.8km from the historic town of Pollensa, with its beautiful central plaza, tapas bars, restaurants and shops. It is also approximately just 9km from the beach. This is also a terrific base for walking enthusiasts, with a winding lane leading right up into the mountains from the house.
