Are there any charges for paying by card?

Payment can be made via Visa & MasterCard debit cards or Credit Cards. We make no additional charge for payment by card.

I want to book some accommodation but I cannot find anything suitable on your website, can you help me?

Yes. We are constantly receiving new properties to market. If you cannot find what you are looking for, call or email us your enquiry with your requirements and we'll do our best to come up with  a suitable villa for your needs.

What damage waiver do you require?

We require a £8.00 non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) payable per person. This is not a deposit. This is to cover any minor breakages. 

Can you hold a villa off sale?

Yes if you contact one of our sales team we can place a provisional booking and hold a villa for you for upto 48hours 

How can I pay and when will my balance be due?

Your balance is due no later than 10 weeks (70 days) prior to the start date of your reserveration with us.

You can pay your balance using a debit or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) online by logging into our Member's Area or if you prefer you can make payment calling us to pay over the phone. You can also by bank transfer or with sterling or euro cheque. Please contact us for bank account details if you wish to pay by transfer.

If you choose to send a cheque your holiday reservation will not be complete until the cheque has cleared. The balance of your holiday is due 10 weeks prior to departure., and you must allow an additional 4 weeks for payment by cheque.

Can I add a welcome pack?

Yes, you can, either during the booking process or at a later stage. As long as we have reasonable notice we can normally add this to your booking up to 24hrs prior to departure.

Can I book by phone?

Call: 0333 022 020 where are trained and experienced staff will help you and answer and questions you may have.

Can you give me availability on a villa and cost?

All the prices are up to date on our website, but don't hesitate to call us on 0333 022 020 if you need assistance.

Infants child seats for Car Hire or Transfers - do I need to bring my own?

Most suppliers provide child seats as an extra. Make sure you request one at the time of booking.

Does the website show all availability?

Yes. Our website show live availability and is up to date with the best available price shown.

When will I get my directions and other information?

Your directions and arrival instructions will be available for you to download 30 days prior to departure in our Member's Area. Our instructions include written directions about how to get to your villa from both Valencia and Alicante airports.  Each house is fitted with a key safe outside.  We will provide you with the code for this key safe from which you can retrieve the keys safely. NB. It is essential that you remember to print and take the directions to your villa with you on your journey to the villa. 

How will I receive my villa rental confirmation?

We send these to you via email within 1 hours of confirming your booking. Please let us know if you do not recieve it and we will re-send it.
