Full Villa Description Accommodation consists of a newly furnished large lounge with TV with some English satellite channels and a DVD player, patio doors lead from the lounge to a sun terrace with far reaching country and mountain views. Two steps lead up to the separate split level dining room with elegant dining furniture for six people, there is a fully fitted modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher: The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom andthe two further twin bedrooms share a family bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. Both bathrooms are also newly fitted and of a high standard. The villa is fitted with central heating for winter lets. Outside there is private off road parking for two cars and a lovely 8 metre x 4 metre private pool with roman steps and pool-side shower. There are delightful established gardens with mature shrubs, lawned areas and elegant palm trees. Casa Canya has several terraces for relaxing in the sun and shade and a barbeque area for al-fresco cooking. Ample high quality patio furniture is provided for eating outdoors and sun loungers for soaking up the Mediterranean sun! The washing machine is situated in a separate utility room and there is a secluded drying area. The owners have taken great care to ensure that the furnishings and fittings are of a high quality, the villa is very well presented throughout.
