Full Villa Description Entrance is via an electronic gate to a driveway for three vehicles. The main house has an airy entrance hall leading to large lounge/dining room which is very well presented including modern leather sofas, flat screen TV with UK satellite channels and DVD player. There is also an elegant dining suite and a desk. The modern fully fitted independent kitchen has a fridge/freezer, full oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is located in a separate utility room. There is a mster bedroom withdouble bed, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms (one with air conditioning and one with a ceiling fan) sharing a large family bathroom complete with bath with shower over. The bedrooms have been decorated and furnished to a high standard and have fitted wardrobes and ample storage space.
The annex, which is self contained and situated a few steps from the house, has two bedrooms, lounge/dining room, full bathroom and an open plan kitchen. The large, airy lounge/dining room has a feature modern open fire place, comfortable sofas, TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. There is one double bedroom and another with a single bed and bunk beds.
Great care has been taken to furnish and present Villa Colari to a very high standard, it is spacious and comfortable and very well equipped for up to eleven guests. From the lounge and terrace there are excellent views of the local land mark rock ´Penon de Ifach´ and open countryside.
There is air conditioning available in the master bedroom and one twin bedroom and in the lounge of the villa and the annex.
Outside there is a larger than average (10m X 5m) private pool with full width roman style steps and a pool-side shower. The pool can be locked off for child safety. There are various sunny and shaded terraces and ample good quality lounging furniture. The Spanish style built-in BBQ with chimney is surrounded by tiled worktops and a tiled breakfast bar. This covered area has ample high quality dining furniture to enjoy those al fresco meals and is well lit at night. Highly recommended!
