There is a flat screen TV with some U.K. satellite channels and a DVD player and a quality Bose ¨Wave´ radio/CD player. The dining area and comfortable naya (conservatory) with sofas also have stunning views of the sea. On this level is the master bedroom with a five foot double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a superb new en-suite shower room. This master bedroom has the added benefit of access to the terrace with table and chairs for morning coffee or breakfast and more views out to sea! Outside there is a bespoke tear drop shaped 8 meter x 4 meter secluded private pool with Roman steps and large terraces providing both sun and shade. There is ample high quality terrace furniture for dining and lounging in the sun. The new ´´Summer Kitchen´´ by the pool has a gas BBQ, sink, fridge, four ring electric hob, base level units and elegant tiled walls and work surfaces. It is an ideal setting for keeping in the shade whilst preparing lunch, dinner or evening cocktails!
