Full Villa Description

Whilst having fantastic sea views Casa Tranquila (The Tranquil house) is nestled in the hillside and not visible from the road below. The private driveway leads to large parking area suitable for several vehicles. A few steps lead up to the ground floor which has two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, one double and one twin (with extra long beds) sharing a new bathroom with bath and shower over. An elegant marble dog-leg staircase leads up to the main living area with stunning views across to Moraira town, the marina and the sea. There is a modern well appointed kitchen in shaker style with granite worktops with an electric oven, five ring gas hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. The large lounge/dining room overlooking the sea is very well presented with leather sofa and both modern and classic furniture and fittings. There is a flat screen TV with some U.K. satellite channels and a DVD player and a quality Bose ¨Wave´ radio/CD player. The dining area and comfortable naya (conservatory) with sofas also have stunning views of the sea. On this level is the master bedroom with a five foot double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a superb new en-suite shower room. This master bedroom has the added benefit of access to the terrace with table and chairs for morning coffee or breakfast and more views out to sea! Outside there is a bespoke tear drop shaped 8 meter x 4 meter secluded private pool with Roman steps and large terraces providing both sun and shade. There is ample high quality terrace furniture for dining and lounging in the sun. The new ´´Summer Kitchen´´ by the pool has a gas BBQ, sink, fridge, four ring electric hob, base level units and elegant tiled walls and work surfaces. It is an ideal setting for keeping in the shade whilst preparing lunch, dinner or evening cocktails! By the summer kitchen is a brand new luxury shower room which also has a toilet, wash basin and a washing machine. Behind the house is a drying area. The air conditioning units are of high quality extra quiet design. This villa is highly recommended as the owners have taken a good deal of care to provide excellent, tastefully furnished accommodation whilst retaining a degree of charm.
