Full Villa Description Entry via secure gates leads to the driveway with private off road parking for several vehicles. A few steps lead up to the house. The property features three bedrooms, one double, one twin and a further double bedroom , two bedrooms are ensuite shower rooms and the third bedroom has a full bathroom. The comfortable lounge area includies a T.V. with some English channels and a DVD player, leather sofas and a dining area with table and chairs for six people. The separate fully fitted kitchen is very well presented and equipped to a high standard icluding oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room housing the washing machine. The large glazed naya (conservatory) has sofas for relaxing and enjoying the view as well as a further covered terrace area featuring a large table and chairs and a gas barbecue. From this terrace you can enjoy some fantastic barbecues and evening meals whilst admiring the views. A few steps lead down to the private pool which is surrounded by terraces and pretty flowering trees and shrubs. The swimming pool is of a bespoke shape, and features both Roman steps and a ladder. There are numerous sun beds around the swimming pool, as well as a covered area with table and chairs for relaxing and dining in the shade. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned. Casa Andreé is within 20 minutes walking distance of the typically Spanish old town of Javea, with a fantastic choice of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The villa has been lovingly improved and maintained by its owners, and is beautifully presented. We would highly recommend it for those looking for a real home away from home.
