Full Villa Description Villa Maria Rosa is the newest of five detached villas each with their own private pool situated ina small complex accessed via electronic gates with video entry system. Luxuriously fitted and stylishly furnished to a high standard it inspires a sense of grandeur. It is situated within five minutes driving distance of Moraira Town with an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and golden sandy beaches. It is a 10 minutes walk from the Tabaira commercial centre, with a few bars, supermarket & restaurants. A gravel driveway with space for two vehicles leads to the front entrance and gated access to the rear pool area. The large entrance hall leads off to the well fitted independent kitchen complete with full oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.The washing machine is in a seperate utility room. A rear door to leads the 9m x 5m pool and landscaped gardens. The open plan lounge/dining room is accessed through double doors and also leads to the pool area and covered dining terraces.
