Both house and grounds are well proportioned and exceptionally well maintained. This beautiful villa is nicely furnished and combines traditional with open plan design. The spacious kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils, coffee pot and toaster. A bar counter separates the kitchen area from the main dining area where an arched doorway leads you through to a sizeable and very comfortable lounge room. Satellite television is available in Spanish and English. Upstairs houses three comfortable bedrooms (two double/one twin) and two bathrooms with showers. Outside, the 8m x 4m floodlit private pool sits in an impressive paved patio garden which can be illuminated for those late evening dips. There is a barbecue on the sun terrace while the arched colonnade provides the perfect alfresco dining location. The roof terrace, accessed via an external spiral staircase, provides gorgeous views over the pool area and across the valley to the distant hills beyond.
