Full Villa Description Entry via the private riveway with electric gates, with parking for 2 cars inside. A few steps lead to the front door. This entrance leads to the ground floor. Here there are two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a lounge space and a mini kitchen. Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace. Here there are nice sea views, although on this level they are obscured in part by trees. The swimming pool is surrounded by lawn and terrace with plenty of space for relaxing by the pool. Plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas and places to relax are provided for guests. A few steps lead up to a play area for children with swings and slides. Also on this level is the upper floor. The upper floor features three bedrooms with two bathrooms, as well as a spacious lounge with satellite TV. There is also a well equipped kitchen / dining space. All bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning. Doors leave outside to a covered porch which overlooks the swimming pool. From here, you can enjoy stunning views out to sea and over the marina whilst dining out by the barbecue or relaxing on the outdoor sofas.
