Full Villa Description A compact yet comfortable house set in the quietest of areas and within easy walking distance of the sandy beach and only one kilometer to the old town of Pollenca. Villa Picaro Gran is an ideal holiday home for two couples or a small family. There are two bright twin bedrooms with traditional Mallorcan fabrics, a full bathroom with bath with shower over, an open plan kitchen and a cosy lounge with modern, comfortable furnishings and a feature corner fireplace. The bright and airy open plan kitchen is complete with a modern stainless steel oven, hob, traditional stone sink, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Outside a vine covered trellis shades the barbecue area on the terrace and well-tended flower beds add joyous splashes of colour to the attractive pool area. The pool measures 8m x 4m with ladder steps and has fantastic countryside views in all directions and mountains in the distance. A tiny orchard of pear trees completes the garden area of this utterly charming property.
