The only way to describe the views from Vista Moraira is breathtaking. Although not within walking distance of amenities, just a few minutes drive away you will find a major supermarket, a selection of bars, shops, restaurants and the local nine hole golf course and the centre of Moraira is less than ten minutes away by car. Access to the villa is via a number of steps from the driveway suitable for two cars onto the large pool terrace. Entrance to the villa is through the naya (covered conservatory) with traditional beamed ceiling, stylish modern dining furniture and the wonderful views to the sea. Double doors from the naya lead into the very large and bright living room with feature brick fireplace, comfortable sofas, a TV with UK satellite channels (including BBC, ITV, C4 & C5) and a DVD player. Double doors lead onto a second bright and airy lounge/third bedroom containing a double sofa bed. There is a traditional fully fitted independent kitchen with a range of base and eye level units, full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms, one with full en-suite bathroom, dressing area and patio doors leading to the pool terrace and the other with adjacent full bathroom and window with stunning sea views. Both bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes. Outside there is a beautiful larger than average 9m x 5m pool with Roman steps, poolside shower and large pool terrace for relaxing in the sun. The terrace is adorned with attractive pots containing Mediterranean plants, a traditional stoneware dining set, ample sun loungers, a gas BBQ and, of course those fantastic panoramic sea views!
Due to the number of steps up to the villa it may not be suitable for small children, the elderly or infirm.
