Full Villa Description Entry is via the front door into a small lobby leading to a glazed naya (conservatory). There is a large open plan lounge/dining room with leather sofas and TV with some satellite channels and a DVD player.
On this level is a large family bathroom with walk-in shower, two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and the kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fitted with a range of eye and base level units, a five ring gas hob, a large fridge/freezer, full oven, microwave etc. There is a separate utility room housing the washing machine. An internal staircase leads to the lower (pool level) floor into a lobby leading to two single bedrooms and a third double bedroom. There is a new luxury bathroom with corner bath and Jacuzzi, bath steamer and shower. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have fans. The separate games room has a large flat screen TV with DVD player, a pool table, and dart board and table football. A covered porch leads to the new bespoke pool with separate child’s area and a poolside shower. The large terrace is ideal for relaxing in sun or shade. There is a large bar complete with sink, two fridges a BBQ and grill. There is an attractive gazebo and a table tennis table. Ample exterior dining furniture and loungers are provided to make it an ideal holiday. There is no off street parking but ample parking directly outside.
