Full Villa Description

Entry via two driveways and a passenger entry gate to the front gardens of the villa. The entry gate is connected by voice-intercom to the interior of the house and can be opened from inside electronically. The main driveway also has electric entry gates. The front gardens also feature two stepped flower beds with beautiful shrubs, a large terrace and a covered porch leading into the entrance hall. The kitchen offers integrated fridge - freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave of the highest quality with granite work surfaces. The L shaped lounge - diner is accessed through an archway and comprises of 1 three seater and 2 two seater comfortable sofas, LCD TV with DVD, UK Cable TV & surround sound. Air conditioning with pollen filters, fireplace and comfortable dining table for up to 6 people and double doors out onto a large naya (covered terrace) which leads onto the rear gardens. Two of the bedrooms include en-suite shower rooms, the master bedroom featuring hand-made oak furniture, 6ft bed and double doors to the rear garden. The second en-suite bedroom provides two 3ft twin single beds and a doorway to the rear gardens accessible through a corridor off of the bedroom. The other two bedrooms provide 5ft double beds (one of these bedrooms also has a door to the rear garden) and share a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment over. The rear garden has a few steps leading up to a very large pool-side area with a larger than average 9.5m x 4.5m private pool with roman steps. This villa also offers high quality AEG washing machine and new tumble dryer as well as central heating for the colder months.
