Full Villa Description Entry via two driveways and a passenger entry gate to the front gardens of the villa. The entry gate is connected by voice-intercom to the interior of the house and can be opened from inside electronically. The main driveway also has electric entry gates. The front gardens also feature two stepped flower beds with beautiful shrubs, a large terrace and a covered porch leading into the entrance hall. The kitchen offers integrated fridge - freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave of the highest quality with granite work surfaces. The L shaped lounge - diner is accessed through an archway and comprises of 1 three seater and 2 two seater comfortable sofas, LCD TV with DVD, UK Cable TV & surround sound. Air conditioning with pollen filters, fireplace and comfortable dining table for up to 6 people and double doors out onto a large naya (covered terrace) which leads onto the rear gardens.
