The property is extremely well equipped, beautifully decorated and very child friendly. The swimming pool is very large, and breathtaking sea views can be enjoyed from the pool terrace and the upper house. Full Villa Description
Villa Rocinante is situated in the Alcassar area of Moraira just a few minutes drive from the town and beach of Moraira. Several supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within less than 2 minutes drive. The villa has off-street parking and and the secure electronically controlled entrance gate from the driveway leads to stairs to the pool level. The pool measures 11 m x 5 m and has Roman steps (depths 1'50 to 2'70), a high-degree of privacy, spacious and very attractive private terraces and mature well-maintained gardens that surround the villa. The garden is securely walled and has lockable gates with lovely views to distant mountains and the sea. The entrance to the lower accommodation is from the pool terrace, leading straight into the lower lounge. The lower lounge is practically and comfortably furnished with dining table, comfortable wicker sofas, TV with DVD player and a separate small kitchen with sink, fridge freezer and hob. The downstairs living accommodation is ideal for lunches by the pool. From the lounge doors lead to two bedrooms, both of which are a good size, one with a double bed the other with twin singles. The bedrooms share an attractive bathroom with shower cubicle. A few steps lead up to the next level which has outdoor seating areas and a well equipped outdoor kitchen with dining table and built in BBQ, work surfaces, bar and sink. Adjacent to the outdoor kitchen is the entrance to the upper floor which leads into a hallway and onto a very large open-plan lounge / diner with spectacular views and several seating areas. The lounge is very comfortable and luxuriously furnished and includes full UK cable television. The well fitted kitchen with dishwasher is open plan from the lounge. The front hallway leads to two bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with twin singles), the bedrooms share a good sized family bathroom. The dining room is adjacent and open-plan from the lounge (through arches) and has stairs leading up to the master bedroom which has en-suite facilities and offers further superb views to the sea.
