Full Villa Description Entry is via electronic gates up a few steps and onto the front porch with imposing pillars and a stylish front entry way. The front door leads into a spacious hallway, with French doors into the large living room with huge patio doors directly onto the pool. The lounge is beautifully furnished with a large wide screen TV, satellite channels in English and a DVD Player. An archway off the lounge leads into the dining room with a table for 6, and floor to ceiling windows which again open directly onto the covered naya area and out onto the pool. An arch from the dining room leads into the designer kitchen with fully fitted appliances including flat panel ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a very large fridge / freezer. off the kitchen there is a large separate laundry room with washing machine, water softener and tumble dryer. The kitchen also has doors leading directly out onto the pool terrace and independent access into the entrance hall. From the entrance hall a long hallway leads down to the bedrooms. There are two twin bedrooms with a very large and luxurious family bathroom with a walk in shower. All bedrooms and the living areas have powerful ceiling fans which keep the house very cool in summer. At the end of the hallway is the large master suite which is air conditioned and has a large ensuite with a separate large dressing room. The master ensuite is huge with double since and an unusual large bath. Outside, there are many planting areas and terraces as well as a large double driveway with itīs own large entry gate. All of the windows have security blackout blinds. The pool terrace is very large with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing. There is a beautiful sofa set with table here under the naya, as well as a large and stylish barbecue. The terraces around the pool are flat and wonderful views of the valleys can be enjoyed from almost every angle. There are also distant sea views from the pool terrace. The swimming pool is very large at 10m x 5m and has roman steps into it. Four sun loungers are provided, and there is a separate poolside shower and toilet room, ideal for use when sunbathing.
