Entry to the property is via electronic gates with a separate pedestrian entrance and private parking for several cars. The front door through a stone arched entry vestibule leads into a spacious hallway.
GROUND FLOOR & GARDENS LAYOUT
From the left of the hallway are two bedrooms one double and one twin both with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. To the right of the hallway is a spacious fully fitted kitchen with a range of eye and base level units, eye level oven, integrated microwave, hob, granite work tops, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The extremely spacious lounge/dining room has elegant cream leather sofas, crystal chandeliers and modern dining set. It has a large LCD television with U.K. channels and air conditioning.
From the dining area you can access the pool area and the large shaded terraces overlooking the pool and gardens, this impressive area includes ample comfortable sofas and a dining table with chairs, this then leads directly on to the very impressive summer kitchen area which comes complete with a range of units, oven, granite worktops and built in range style gas BBQ as well as a second dining table and chairs.
The huge 14.5 meter by 4.5 meter private pool has Roman style steps, a dolphin feature in the tiles and is surrounded by spacious terraces with ample sun beds and patio dining furniture. There is a pool-side shower and ornamental fountain. Excellent views from the pool terraces.
The washing machine is housed in a separate utility room.
LOWER FLOOR LAYOUT
From the ground floor main entrance hallway stairs lead down to a second large lounge area with Sofas and an small open-plan second kitchen. There is also a games room with pool table and a small gym with fitness equipment.
On this level are three further bedrooms, two with twin single beds and the third with double bed, all of these lower floor bedroom have their own en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.
A door adjacent to the stair well leads to a big garage housing another washing machine and a large freezer.
FIRST FLOOR LAYOUT
From the main ground floor entrance hallway stairs lead up to the grand master suite. This consists of a large bedroom with double bed, en–suite bathroom and air conditioning, there is a third private lounge (exclusively for use with the master-suite) and a kitchen area as well as French doors leading to a private terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool, The views from this terrace are simply stunning.
THE GARDENS
The villa is set on la large secure plot with well-kept gardens that includes a wide variety of mature trees, plants and shrubs. There are numerous terraces and to the front of the property a gated drive for three to four vehicles.
Casa Rio has been designed and furnished to provide a high level of quality and comfort for the large group and has spacious and flexible accommodation that is large enough to give a sense of independence and privacy where required.
